Mindful TattooingTM ?

Mindful Tattooing™ is a new way of experiencing tattoos – mindful, holistic, and deeply connected. It’s not just about the tattoo itself, but about your personal journey toward it.

The day is designed as a conscious ritual. You will be guided mindfully and can decide how to arrive and prepare for your tattoo – for example, with Breathwork, Yin Yoga or Moving Meditation. This creates space for calm, clarity, and genuine presence.

Mindful Tattooing™ is rooted in respect, openness, and sincere appreciation. Everyone is welcome – creating a safe space where you can feel comfortable and authentically express yourself.

MEDITATION
Breathwork is a practice that fosters inner calm, clarity, and presence through conscious breathing. The breath connects body and mind, helping you arrive fully in the present moment. A special form is Tetra Breathwork (Awakening Breathwork), where breathing flows rhythmically without pauses between inhalation and exhalation – accompanied by mindfulness and openness to whatever arises.

Before tattooing, breathwork helps calm the body and mind. Techniques can also be applied during tattooing to stay meditatively connected, relieve pain, and experience the ritual more consciously.
Yin Yoga is a slow, passive practice where poses are held for several minutes without muscle tension. Unlike active, dynamic Yang, Yin balances – especially affecting fascia, joints, and meridians. This yoga form helps you release tension, calm the mind, and become moreaware of your body.

Before tattooing, Yin Yoga helps you arrive fully – physically and mentally. It can release tension in the tattoo area and prepare you mindfully for your ritual.
Moving Meditation is a powerful dance with your body and energy. Through shaking and free dancing, blocked areas are mobilized, and you open to the present moment. Transitioning into calm breathing and silent meditation deepens awareness and release.

Before tattooing, moving meditation awakens your vitality and creates conscious connection withyourself, allowing you to experience the ritual with open presence and clarity.
