Hygiene
At SAKRIS®, hygiene is our highest priority. Both founders have completed hygiene training and developed a well-thought-out hygiene concept for the studio.
Our concept not only meets the legal requirements of the German Infection Protection Act (IfSG) but also follows DIN EN 17169, which defines uniform European standards for safe and hygienic tattooing. This ensures that clients and team members can always feel safe and protected.
Mindful Elements Explained
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness means perceiving the present moment consciously – without judgment.
Mindful Tattooing™ transforms your tattoo process into a ritual of awareness – in a safe space connecting freedom and consciousness.
What is Gestalt Therapy?
Gestalt therapy views the human being as a unity of body, mind, and soul, supporting the process of reconnecting with one’s wholeness. As part of humanistic therapy, it focuses on the here and now, on personal experience, and on individual growth.
Therapists accompany clients with empathy, without labeling them as “patients” – clients are seen as the true experts of themselves.
In practice, this means that it’s not only about talking but also about experimenting – with
thoughts, feelings, movements, and behaviors. This way, new experiences can be gained, existing challenges can be overcome, and personal resources can be strengthened.
At SAKRIS®, these principles flow into Mindful Tattooing™: tattoos become a conscious ritual that unites personal growth, mindfulness, and creative self-expression.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a holistic method based on energy work, aimed at bringing body, mind, and soul into balance. Through gentle touch or hand placement, the body’s own energy is supported to promote relaxation, inner calm, and well-being.
At SAKRIS®, Reiki is incorporated into Mindful Tattooing to help integrate the tattoo into your energy body after the session and to support your self-healing process.
